Habitat: Partially wooded 7 acre parcel with the Swartz Creek running through it . Mostly shaded with open sunny areas. Hilly areas with Vernal ponds in low areas . Oaks, maples, hickory and walnut trees are part of the landscape along with button bushes and other native plants throughout the property.
